Global Insights International is a sham of a business place. They have the worst reception and customer service skills I have ever had the misfortune of coming across.
Their attempt to facilitate the J1 Summer Work and Travel program is a joke. After 'accepting' students, they (the students) have only to hear a few weeks to months down the line that they (the agency) can no longer facilitate them. And those unlucky enough to be accepted encounter numerous road blocks in the process of acquiring their documents to leave the island for the summer.
They do a poor job of communicating with their customers, even gong so far as to refuse to answer their telephones, which they have admitted to doing.
I encourage future J1 prospectives to seriously think long and hard before choosing this joke, I mean agency to represent them.report this review -

A great agency to make US summer travel possible for University students. They are very professional and trust worthy. There is only one issue I don't give this agency a full 5 star rating simply because they close at 2 in the days. Outside of this they are perfect in every way for me.
