Gem Palace is the go to place for the most competitive currency exchange whilst staying or visiting ochi. When you visit go to the back of the store first to get your exchange rate written on a ticket. You then take this ticket to the front shop counter, present with some ID and your money is then exchanged for you.

The store in itself is in the main a Jewellery Store at the front (hence the name) with a clothes store in the back also selling souvenirs and gifts. All the items are priced in US dollars and I found them to be over priced so I didn't actually purchase anything from there other than currency exchange.
