    The service is horrendous and repair anything or reconnect service is very slow basically a snail pace. To add the communication is very bad. But the Ocho Rios branch does tries to do their best but they can’t because the branch is very disorganized and customer service is pretty much lacking. There needs an overhaul to be done, it is ridiculous that a customer has to wait 1-2 plus hours to get something done, such as paying a bill or buying a device while their counterparts in the states or in Europe it can be done within 30 mins or less.

    Spent 2 days trying to close a business account and return the modem. All I got was the run around after hours on line and emails and phone numbers that went nowhere. They are quick to sign you up to get your money but they make it almost impossible to leave.

    My experience is first with Flow and then this office. I called Flow over a month ago because I had no internet service. They scheduled a technician to visit my home, and they never came. Called again, no technician called or came to visit. Called again, the Customer Service person decided that she is the only one who should speak so she hung up on me. I called and canceled my internet service. At this store, I waited for 3 hours just to return their modem, it was terrible there. Customers were losing it, yelling and screaming. It seemed like 20 Flow employees were walking around the office, but only two were actually assisting customers. I think I would choose hell over doing business with Flow again.

    Have been call this company from yesterday...no internet yesterday and today and we have business out there guest wants to use wifi for work,etc and have been calling and still no answer

    This company is by far the worst company ever I have been calling chatting and visiting the office from Thurs just to get a new modem and the only thing I get is run around 24-48 hrs 3-5 days and no resolution. They do not care about their customers. The only thing that they care about is money. Quick to disconnect your service when your bill is not paid but it takes forever to get a technical issue sorted out. I wish it gave the option to leave no star.

    Due to the Covid protocols, the waiting time was really long on the outside in the hot sun... about 3 hrs! Once inside, it went smoothly and the rep was pleasant. Please note that before joining the long line, it's best to speak with the security at the door...he will say whether to join the line or not

    how do i go about canceling my services from flow. I have tried call the ocho rios branch a million times. I have been out of internet for way too long. I have to find other means of getting my job done.

    I asked for a transfer. And the transfer is to literally be done at the address right next to the previous one. And even now i still dont see anyone show up.

    Please advice me on how to cancel Flow

    In your Ocho Rios Flow office and have to wait on many people with one Kiosk machine to pay my flow bill, that is not service!!! Need more machines as this system is annoying!!! Providing excellent service for your hard dollars matter!!!!

    Small office but good staff. There's a few different glass cases with different models of phone. Verykool, Alcatel, Hwawei, Samsung, etc, selection is pretty deep. Also have a section with tablets, computers and different larger devices on the right side of the shop. Staff was quick to assist and phone was activated and ready to go within 5 minutes of walking in the store
