Awful. We booked the VIP shuttle transport to and from the airport on the Excellence website through Seasons. The driver arrived late and we had to walk around and find him rather than someone being there waiting on us like you’d expect when paying almost $300.

Then to make things worse we requested our departing shuttle to be here at 11:30. When we arrived downstairs at 11:15 to check out they told us our driver would not arrive until 12:45 and we barely made our flight.

We booked an “excursion” from the hotel lobby desk which was also through the company Seasons. Two hours after that my wife got FOOD POISONING from the restaurant on the resort so I called to cancel the excursion. They confirmed my cancellation and then called the next morning to check again and we confirmed that my wife was still sick and not able to go. They agreed to a refund.

When we went to check out they charged us almost $400 for the trip that we didn’t go on!

The staff have really poor attitudes. The ladies walking around the pool area and the beach are extremely rude and unwilling to help and act put out when asked for a drink. My wife and I had multiple bartenders try not only selling us cocaine but were overly pushy when we declined as we both have jobs that require drug testing.

Both of the sinks in our room leaked and flooded the floor. The door barely opened. The ATM was out of service.
Room service took over an hour every time for things as simple as a drink.

The only restaurant in the whole resort that would actually be considered edible would be the Hibachi.

I wouldn’t even consider this place an average resort much less the luxury place they make it look like on the website.

They are trashy SCAM ARTISTS!

We love this resort. Second visit in 11 months. I love the staff we have befriended. Ree Ree is an amazing lady. She makes us feel like family. Nick, the entertainment manager is a fun guy who runs a great team. The Martini bar bartender Oswald is someone we always liked sharing stories with. And then we met Kevin who is one of the original chefs when the resort opened. What a wonderful and talented man. We will be back for a third visit!

Best resort I have ever been too!!! Loved the people in entertainment Javon, Kenny, nick, Giselle! You guys were so amazing!! The Michael Jackson performance was epic!!!! Raymond who is a waiter at the French restaurant was the best one I have ever had, so professional and so kind! Customer service here is unbelievable everyone is so lovely!! Kelvin received us at the resort and was super friendly and so welcoming! I highly recommend this resort 💜🇯🇲💜

The staff were all friendly, happy and accommodating, including the security. Beautiful place to get away! Idealic weather, beautiful secluded beaches. Easy access to food and beverages, or it's brought to you. Best Room service ever, the food was delicious, hot, and served quicker than expected. Loved the Steel drum band! 🤩

Just returned home today. We have visited all the Excellence Resorts and this one was the BEST. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The pools were a lot of fun. The staff that ran the games at the pool made everything more fun. Great food and service. The sommelier ( sorry I can’t remember your name ) was very kind. The evening shows, the singers, band and especially the saxophone player were all very talented. The stage shows were good. The theater Is very , very hot Can’t imagine how hot it will be in summer. We are already planning our return next year.
