  I cannot say enough good things about all the people who work here. They made sure I took the best road to Ochi. This made my first time driving on the opposite side of the road a easier.
  Then when I return the car and lost my passport. They helped me call the hotel and entertained me while I waited. They taught me about Jamaica Music, Food, and Culture.
  
  This was going above an beyond what you expect from a rental car company. This was excellent customer service!

  I was in Jamaica over the Easter holidays, which is a pretty busy time of the year.
  I found out then if you do not have a pre-existing reservation for a car rental you are pretty much out of luck.
  That being said I decided to try my luck and started calling different companies.
  I came upon a number that secures reservations for Enterprise.
  I was absolutely amazed about their customer service when I called, by far the very best that I have ever had in Jamaica.
  I was not able to get a vehicle that day but was called back the following day and informed one was available.
  I then went to Norman Manley Airport to pick up the vehicle then found out that the vehicle was in Montegobay Airport, the mix up was promptly retified by the phone agent and manager(s) who sent a vehicle to retrieve me from Norman manley airport and take me to their Oxford road office location.
  They went above and beyond, their manager checked in to apologize, and make sure all was well...as well as the agent whom I spoke to on the phone.
  I could go on and on, but much thanks also to the head office's customer service rep who came to pick me up and also shuttle me bck to the airport...this young man was absolutely amazing, polite, patient, PROFESSIONAL...(so sorry i cannot remember his name).
  Even if I did not receive a vehicle then, based on the amazing service Enterprise provided, I would have went home still feeling good(honestly:)
  The vehicle I received was immaculate, service was amazing(for the thousandth time), the best i have ever experienced in Jamaica, price was also great...
  I will never go anywhere else!
