  Sooooo… I know a lot of Jamaican businesses lack quality customer service, but I honestly thought that at some point they would get it right. Perhaps monthly training? Given that so much scamming is happening in the world, my husband ordered online (he has never done so before) then proceeded to just call and confirm that the order actually went through. He was greeted with the nastiest customer service, in fact if I didn’t know that he was talking to a rep I would’ve wondered who the hell was that. NB: My husband is super nice! At one point I asked him if he wanted me to talk to the young lady and he said no. If the order could’ve been cancelled we would’ve just called it a day.
  
  The person who answers the phone and the cashiers are the first line of contact, you guys have to do better! I get it! The food industry is fast and sometimes really hectic especially when you have to deal with disgruntled customers, but not everyone wants to experience bad service especially when it’s their food. IF UNUH CANT HANDLE THE PRESSURE FIND ANOTHER JOB AND STOP TREATING PEOPLE LIKE WE’RE BEGGING YOU GUYS ANYTHING!!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

  I waited in line for 45 minutes to get to the cashier, though I placed my order over the phone; there was one cashier for orders and none for pickup.
  I called a number of times before the call was even picked up by a worker with a bad attitude. When I got to the store, the attitude made sense. The employee was a superhero. Taking orders, labeling boxes, taking calls, dealing with disgruntled customers in store, etc.
  At least when I got to the front of the line, my pizza was ready. Of course the line laughed to see how long I waited in line to pick up my order. Took their minds off their wait to place their orders that they will have to wait for to be prepared (I got the last laugh).
  The pizza quality was good as usual.
  What makes this bad ordeal worse, it was a Tuesday. A crowd is a given on a Tuesday when you can buy one pizza and get another free. Management needs to do better.

  They have no quality control and you should just accept anything you get for your hard earned money, even when management is contacted their customer service is even more atrocious.

  They have an excellent delivery service which is almost always time. Additionally the quality of their pizza continues to improve.

  Domino's pizza eltham is the most slack fast food place I've ever ordered from, i will not encourage my enemy to order there they don't even deserve a star. Their customer service is piss piss poor

  Dominoes Pizza Spanish Town is very lackadaisical in their customer service as well as delivery service. Most time I order my pizza is either sometimes it taste good ( when I get it hot) or its either cold or it too salt or it doesnt have any flavour almost like a hurry done work as if to say is not people paying for their own food.
  Customer service over the phone is poor they answer when they feel like, they take long to answer or when they do answer they are talking to you whilst talking to someone else.
  The delivery men even worse I live right at Eltham Vista and have to wait on a rider practically one hour after the timer says rider has left the store. Once my food came without drink after waiting almost an hour and a half, then i had to wait almost half hour to get the drink after I received COLD TASTE BAD food. The wings and the cheesy sticks are great tho
  
  I wish Pizza Hut would deliver so that anytime people cannot bother to cook they have a better option than the Dominoes in Spanish Town

  The delivery men are reluctant to pleasantries when greeting you. They lack consistency in pizza making and flavour (sometimes they season the crust, most Imes they don't) but their breads are really good. They have good wings besides that one time I got some freezer burned wings and their lava cakes is the bomb tho.

  Though they to delivery within little over a 1mile radius, the over the phone service is a bit shaky if you're deciding over the phone. It's best to walk-in /pick-up
