Pretty good service. Food is also pretty good. The venue itself is a bit small though.
Real Jamaican seafood flavors. As fresh as can be. The fish , festival and lobster are crazy good! So sweet and succulent

Stopped in at Lobster Dave's for some Fried fish and Grilled Lobster. To wash it down in the warm Jamaican Sun we had Dragon Stout. Totally a great local experience for Tourist to the Island.
Food & service was excellent. Great place to go for a local meal & to just relax & enjoy the culture.
This is hands down the best seafood restaurant I ever ate at. Hands down. Notice I said that twice right? I took it a notch further. Not only did I need the owner....Dave...but he arranged for me to go out into the ocean with his fishermen to catch all I wanted. I caught shrimp, conch, lobster, and then his chef cooked it. Long story short for $10K JMD(2 occasions)... Ate and drank MERRILY. (I don't use words like that often at ALL). Grilled lobster, garlic butter lobster, fried fish...crispy shrimp....sides to eat...bammy, festivals, fried plantains...God...just look at the pics...taken with my Note 8
Excellent little spot right on the main by buckfield. Popular amongst the locals and a big hit with the tourists. Great food great service with a laid back vibe. If you're not in a rush and need to chill this is a great option in the Ocho Rios town. Authentic and rustic. I love my country 🇯🇲 and the people.
No problems...just situations 😎
The best food that I have tasted in Ochos Rios. I had brown stew snapper with bammy, breadfruit, festival and plaintain. It’s a small local shack, but there was much love. Respect to all that was there.
Great authentic food lobster is cheap and very good!
I had to wait 40 minutes because everything is made to order. I ordered a drink from the bar and chatted with the locals then enjoyed The best steam snapper fish and lobster I've ever had! It's worth the wait!
Great local dive. Like really local. Looks sketchy from the outside but the food was really good. We asked our rental staff where to go so they recommended going here. Im pretty sure they over charged us americans but thats expected. The lobster is yummy and fresh. Super casual place
This place is perfect if you are looking for the local experience. It's a lively crew and very friendly. It's very warm so wear shirts and a tank and understand it is a LOCAL experience. It is tough looking but the food is 100% worth it. If you are up for an adventure its a must do.
YESSSSSSSSSSSSS
Best lobster on the north cost
The sauce is the one!!
Extremely poor service. Ordered drink and never received it. Server didn't come around until our food was brought out 40 minutes later. Initially they priced us at $25 pp, then when people were paying they changed the price to $30 pp. The food tasted okay but the lobsters were very small. I've had jumbo shrimp not much smaller. Bammy wasn't that good and the festival wasn't quite as good as other places, it was very heavy. At the end of our meal the server just sat around socializing until we requested the bill and never bothered to offer more drinks the entire hour and a half we were there. Would not recommend.
Run and tell your friends Dave's is the place to eat. They serve the beat lobsters on the island. Have to come here every time I come to Jamaica
It was a little rough looking from the out the outside. But the food was amazing Dave was a great host. And they have a sugary lobster sauce that was pretty tasty. Worth going to . We stayed at couples tower isle and it was a 10 minute drive if that. If your at a resort ask for Tony the cabby he was great to get around with and good company.
Not a tourist trap , a bit rough on the outside, great service great food and sweet dive bar feel.
