  Wish they would make sure what they have on display applies to all products.
  Eg. They have displayed Queen and King beds but for some of the beds, the Full/Double doesn't have the same features. So if you only want or need a double, you have to know to ask but you can't get to test it.
  Also, some products don't come with the right parts and accessories. They know but don't ensure that it's fixed by the manufacturer before putting them on sale.

  Worst experience ever...bought a 6 burner stove a 3 pieces livingroom set an 2 standing fan cash...upon delivery 4 days later the delivery guy told me both stove & livingroom set needed to be assembled and i'm required to do so by paying cash.... i'm appalled by there lack of professionalism because I can't understand y these so called sales rep dont know there hobby failing to inform me about this..an what make matters worst my fans weren't delivered I had to go an pick it up at the store in crossroads where i did my transaction.After I went in office and spoke to the ground manager he had some1 assembled the furniture but he obviously have no clue how it's done... I was then forced to go back in person now im awaiting a visit from a technician...if u wanna suffer these inconveniences u can shop at courts crossroads and portmore....I'll suggest u take ur hard earning money and visit Singer downtown or some other furniture place...u wont loose..courts employees lack professionalism have no idea what there job description entails ,proper customer service and honesty. Im forced to pick a star to rate them...but my honest opinion they deserve zero [0] star.

  It's a decent establishment to get some furniture and appliances. Watch out for their hire purchase plans though. Just get the stuff cash and be done with it.

  I made an order online... this has been my worst online shopping experience. I made an online purchase and had to wait 3days for a confirmation after calling I was told that they hadn't reached my order yet and they would contact me when they did on day 4 after I told them I would be cancelling if I dint get my item... they tod me to come pick up which was another poor service experience.... need to do better with their online service.

  The staff at Courts Super Center go above and beyond in attending to customers who come into the store. I find that if a particular item isn't in stock at that location they will make it their duty to let you know which other courts store it will be readily available in. I find the staff there to be very pleasant and attentive to their customers needs at all times.

  Well with courts you know you have layaway for persons who can't afford items straight cash which is a plus the store it self is always clean and friendly staff waiting to help

  Large and spacious furniture store, good set up and great for eye shopping as you get to see majority of the options. However the staff has this uncanny ability to be there when you don't need them and disappear when you do.
