Velene in the Fairview store is top notch. She is the best when it comes to her customers. Look out for Oswald too, he is second only to Velene.

We purchased a dryer four weeks ago, it stopped working a week ago. They sent a technician Mr Johnson out yesterday to repair it. He arrives late evening and advises us that he needs to get authorization to replace the sensor. Next morning, called his cellphone twenty times and no one picked up. Called their landline which cut off three times after waiting for five minutes to speak with someone! Pretty rotten service (this after buying a washer, dryer, expensive mattress and a stove).

After paying a ton of money, I think the least Courts Ja could do is offer free delivery. Especially for the hire purchase customers who gonna pay for the item 2 to 3 times.

Their optical services may do better if they start adapting new world practices such as allowing you to test wear your glasses for a week . Service was good though.

I bought two items from Courts, a washing machine and a refrigerator and both appliances had to be returned. Neither worked. How is it that they are allowed to sell new products that don't work? Not only did they not work but it took a long time for them to pick it back up. I received No compensation for this horrible experience that they created. So be aware because the products may look good, new and all, but 9 out of 10, they won't work!
