I called from my office regarding an MLS for my non profit to obtain a location for our annual snack attack for the youth. I was greeted by this horrifically pretentious woman who could not find the property via the MLS I appropriately provided her with. I advised her that I was calling from the US and requested her e-mail address as the calls are costly? Aware of her nasty disposition, she continued to hound me for information regarding the property! I am flabbergasted and utterly disgusted! If I miss out on this property due to her incompetence and horrific customer support I will pursue every form of disgruntled consumer vindication for such insolence available.
