I visited Coco LaPalm as part of my parents 50 Wedding Anniversary in mid March. There was 9 of us that stayed at the resort and we loved it. My parents have stayed over a dozen times there over the many years that went to Jamaica, it had been 9 years since they were last there and were thrilled to run into workers that still remember them and still worked there.

Being myself and my fiance had never been there, we fell in love with the place. It is right in the middle of the 7 mile beach, so easy walking either direction. It by far has the best stretch of beach around. Plenty of room to find a lounge chair and sit back and relax, unlike other resorts I saw where lounge chairs were arranged so tight because they had a lack of space. They do offer drink and food service right there on the beach at your chair which is fabulous for relaxing. The swim area is large and they have paddle boards for you to grab and use without rental when ever they are free to use!

The restaurant at the resort offers a wide selection of food so you are not eating the same thing everyday and was delicious! The bar offers happy hour nearly everyday from 5 to 7pm 2 for 1 drinks!

I stayed in the hotel portion of the resort instead of the cottages and they were big and clean rooms, everything you would expect in a hotel room anywhere.

My fiance and I like I said loved the resort and we are already planning on going back next year to probably hot our wedding their.

There is a reason this place has such high ratings every where. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always kept clean and the food is great. Parking can be a challenge but they have additional parking on their premises on the other side of the road. They have security guards on their spot of the Negril Beach looking over their guests. The only few short comings I experienced was the Wi-Fi is not guaranteed in the room - had it at first but not all the time during my stay. As a Jamaican I wanted more with my breakfast in the morning but it (the breakfast) was good nonetheless.

Great experience as usual . Repeat customer. Clean ,modern and beautiful facilities . It is small but that makes it more of an intimate experience but it's not tiny so that's great. Front desk receptionist(the person who was there during my stay was Tacita) is really pleasant, polite and accommodating . I would definitely recommend it.

The fact that it's on the 7 miles beach is ++. I wish all rooms had balcony, but I guess the beach is your balcony. The continental breakfast was pretty good; fresh fruit and pastries and hot coffee.. my friends had full breakfast and it was good also. Negril is typically more expensive than other tourist town in Jamaica and the local spots are few and far in between.

Amazing service with amazing food and drinks at a great price. Go to happy hour from 5p to 7p you won't regret it. Also the location is great if you like exploring the beach. Access to other resorts restaurants and bars. The view of 7 mile beach was beautiful everyday we were there. Rooms were also cleaner than expected. If you prefer the all inclusive seclusion from everything type resort this isn't for you. Overall great choice would recommend easily.

Cute vacation spot that I went to with my girlfriend, the beach was clean, the room was a decent size with a king size bed. All the staff were super friendly and they had a cocktail party the night we got there with live local music. Would definitely visit again!

This review is a little overdue. Stayed here July 2016. I'm going to keep this short and simple. Loved everything about Cocoa La Palm. The staff, location, and there restaurant.( Best curry goat I've eaten was here.) Anytime I go to Negril, It's going to be Cocoa La Palm

The grounds are very clean and quiet. A pool, jacuzzi bed beach is on property. Spent one day with my family while on a road trip and all enjoyed it. The room is spacious however, a bit outdated. As a local I'd prefer A traditional Jamaican breakfast rather than continental. Overall it's a good vacation spot.

This has to be the best place in negril on the beach that's not all inclusive. Great staff, great beach front, very nice rooms, and really good food at the grill. After 3yrs of coming to negril I won't stay anywhere else.
