Would DEFINITELY recommend using the Mobay Club! It pays for itself in time and patience and food! They took us past all of the lines during check in and and made our wait for depature a dream! On top of that, I accidentally left my phone on the transport that brought me to the airport and miraculously they were able to help me contact the driver, find my phone and hand deliver it to me in the lounge where we wait for our flight. What a lifesaver!! Losing my phone in another country would not have been a great way to end my trip. Definitely make your life easier and sign up for the Mobay Club!

Book early! Club MoBay is becoming more popular and fills up quickly. A very good facility if you have to wait for your flight. Good quality food and drinks with Internet access and WiFi.

I used them for the arrival and departure. The employees are very friendly and do a great job!!! If you dislike waiting on line at customs I HIGHLY suggest you use them.

It was helpful to have the Meet and Greet service at arrival, since we had never been to the airport. The departure lounge is not anything special. The food was average, at best. Nice toilet paper in the restroom. I'm not sure it was worth the money.

Club Mobay is known because of their ability to skip us from the long lines at arrival. So, this express lines service worked very well and the meet and greet person was fantastic. The issue was that as we were staying on Sandals, we were sent to the small Club Mobay lounge. Just one bathroom and dirty! As a VIP lounge, no matter the hotel we will be staying, I expected to enjoy and know your best lounge! Maybe because that is the small lounge, I haven't seen any business corner and the food variety was poor. So, those were my impressions from my first use of Club Mobay, although I have been in Jamaica for 5 times I don't know if I will use it again.

If your traveling to Jamaica, this is a must and worth every penny. The sevice and employees are so gracious and helpful. Arriving in another country and airport for that matter can seem and be overwhelming.. we felt so taken care of and the amenities are more than adequate. Red Stripe on tap mic drop! The amenities leaving are awesome, drinks, hot food, shower and massage if needed.. My man Lavaughn representing Mobay was great when waiting to leave. Taking care of my kids needs and always bringing the Red Stripe!! Mobay VIP.. will always use their services when going to Jamaica. and we are going back!!

Very clean, quiet space. They serve up good food and the beverage options are alright as well. There is a convenient Kiddies' play area. Finally the staff are friendly and you get to skip lines overall it is great for departures from MBJ.

Nice quiet place to relax before your flight. Variety of Jamaican food and American food is a plus. Drinks are okay, but then again you don't want to get too drunk before your flight. The club is very clean including the restrooms and the staff is very accomodating and polite.

Best Money Spent! Coming into the island after a long travel day, being whisked through customs and immigration was a great relief. Walking by everyone in line is always a VIP experience and as this review started off, best money I ever spent on vacation.

Friendly bar staff if you make an effort. The drinks weren't great until you get to know the bartenders - which is worth the effort if you'll be there a while.

This gets five stars for the express immigration and customs service. Unfortunately for me regular immigration and customs were pretty empty so Mobay arrival service wasn't worth the $100 I paid for two of us. We had one quick drink in the smaller Mobay on arrival just because I had paid for it. Much better on departures. Regular immigration and customs not crowded again so express service not worth it. However departure Mobay is cheaper than arrival and I'm happy with paying $60 for two to use the VIP lounge. Currently here drinking rum and writing Google Maps reviews. Mobay departure service and lounge totally worth it.
