Nice and safe place to stay in Santa Cruz, St. Elizabeth Jamaica west indies. The owners are very nice friendly people and will do their best to make you comfortable. They will also make breakfast if you ask for it to be apart of you service.

I have the pleasure of staying here for a 2 weeks and my entire family enjoyed it here. Great hospitality, great ambiance and amenities. It was a place away from home. Great place I recommend it

The ambiance of this facility is quite inviting and conducive to one's relaxation. It is also a perfect venue for conferences, forums, parties & other such events. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Overall, it's a great retreat! 👍👍👍

Grounds is beautiful with a lovely array of flowers. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the room we received; room was old and tired; quite frankly we questioned the cleanliness. Broken tiolet bowl seat, unkept furniture, a television that doesn't work with a wall that needed grouting and repainting combined with a musty odour did not suit at all. Quite frankly we don't think all the rooms looked this way based on glances of other rooms we passed that had the door ajar; but for whatever reason it seemed based on our observation that what we received was the worst. Significant improvement on the smell and decor of the room with great improvement on customer service would significantly improve on guests experience at this retreat. I really hope improvements are made as the place really has great potential and from the outward appearance of the place; I'm sure something can be done to achieve the same appearance for indoors.

Tv didn't have a remote so it was stuck in one channel for 2 1/2 days
They took my garbage disposal bin and didn't return it until the following evening
No wash rag was provided after they removed the first
I can easily hear what the guest in the other room was talking about very very clearly.

Nice and quite. Its an inexpensive place, its clean, has hot water, Ac, Cable and a few other stuff..I was comfortable there.
