From the 24 of January 2018 i post out a small parcel to Jamaica from United Kingdom i track it from my local post office to Heathrow but it never been delivered to Manchester Jamaica don't let me think anyone take it away you will be a disgrace and I will scandal you who work their but i will be flying to pay your management a big visit with the media you all will be a shame what next you crooks

No one answers when you call,I've been waiting to receive a parcel from them that has been in the country for over 8 days now and no one at the post office knows where it is or why it's taking that long for them to receive it,the customer care is very questionable and they have almost no knowledge of their own process

I've never had any issues with Jamaica's Postal Service. The delivery man leaves my letters and small packages at home and I receive registration slips to pick up larger items at the post. I wish I could ship all my items directly home. There is also a service to call and track purchases made.

Been calling this place since 8AM, forty minutes later no answer then they are wondering why they are not making money.
