  Most events in Negril are held here, there isnt anything on the land really, just a wide open space leading into the sea. The property is well maintained as well as when you go out the sand, you have a clear view up and down the 7 mile beach of Negril.

  As a music venue it comes down to the promoters to set the place up right. Which means cut the grass position the bars, stage, toilets, signage etc. On this occasion the promoters never got it quite right ( still can't find the toilets). But the venue has what is needed. Flat grounds which do not flood, close to downtown, no close neighbours and it's on the beach but can be screened off. As a public beach I don't know as i have not gone there to use the Beach or any other facilities that are there.
