Lovely place. Wah I could afford a place there. Neighbourhood has been improved since I went there many years ago. Place is cooler too. Not as hot as it used to be. Probably due to the trees and it her plants and scrubs that populate every yard.

Enjoyed my stay at Caribbean estate, gated community with security guards was a peace of mind. Was very clean and well kept. However a lady that manages the complex or the street. Came knocking one night about 2000 (8pm) found it to be rude , not only that it was late but no communication by phone or email to say she would stop by. Needless to say we never opened the door. Great place to invest in tho
