Bank fees similar to prominent banks like Scotia $116.50 every month like clockwork whether you have $1 or 1 million in your account and remember that after $650k there is no insurance on your money, you have to create another account. If you want similar benefits without the excessive fees and with a credit union, try First Heritage Cooperative (FHC).

I have a serious problem with this credit union and its the lack of transparency to members. I have a loan here and there is not a online member sign up or login where I can go and view my account to keep current. In addition I am overseas and there is not even an online option payment. If I have no money in my bank account i cannot make the payments. I have asked about other options but no answer from the agents that contacted me, she did not even address the question in her follow up email
Funny how they have the page to apply for loans online but no page to track your payments, no option for online payment and when I make my payments via my bank account I get no receipts. COK YOU NEED TO DO BETTER FOR THE CUSTOMERS!!!response / report this review -

Once your vetted and checked out okay, you are guaranteed to get through. However the wait time is unbelievable like forever as what is advertised as the processing time is never accurate.
