Very good hardware store. Actually one of my go to places for hardware. At times it can be a bit on the busy side with one having to put in their order (no waiting for an attendant to come to you),as other customers will try to put their order without waiting. With that said, the attendants are very helpful and manages the work load good. Parking is limited but has never been a problem when I have been here.

Because they have such low prices the hardware tends to attract a lot of buyers. Employment of more persons need to happen for a better running of the delivery of products. Being in one establishment for nearly two hours make no sense in this day and age. Customer service was good.

The prices are reasonable. However, it is a chaotic process of purchasing from start to finish.
First - Be prepared to search for a sales representative to place your order.
Second - Join a line to pay for your order (some windows don't take certain payments i.e paint orders from the parking lot or multiple order sheets - its confusing).
Third - Find the lady who signs off on your order after making payment.
Fourth - Find a sales representative and warehouse picker to collect your goods (make sure your hands can hold a lot because that's how it will delivered).
Fifth - Upon receiving your overflowing goods in your hands, you will join another line for security to check and count every piece of item purchased. At this point, they decide you've suffered enough and finally give you a bag
Sixth - Finally get to your car -- Nope, you better think twice because they havent punish you enough. Before you get to your car. A gate security will remove everything from your bag previously checked by the security at the main building entrance. The security checks all the content again and simply throw them back in the bag.
Seventh - Finally you are able to get to your car and bound for home. ARE YOU CRAZY!!? NOPE! Before you can pass the barricade, another gate security has to glance at your receipt for proof of purchase.

I know Jamaica has it issues with criminality and warehouse theft but the ordeal legitimate customers have to face is not worth the few extra dollars you save. Your sanity and patience will be tested and the tedious process defies everything logically on planet earth.

So if you are in for a bad shopping day coupled with the ubiquitous poor Jamaican customer service and bad attitude. Go forth and experience.
