One of few hotels in Clarendon. Popular place for weddings, wedding reception, birthday parties etc. Price is average. Staff are courteous. (Roller Skating available). Not an all inclusive hotel.

Anyone that read this please dont go to this place looks is deceiving i married in December first the aircondtion room we pay for only hot air coming out our wedding should start at 12 noon 11.45am and the place dont started decorated the food we ordered curry goat and fry chicken thay served us fish we naver ask for fist the drinks thay served us dead flys in it thay cook the food from over night and served it nasty it was so embarrassed to me and my family and friends customer service poor looks is deceived please dont married there you will disappointed

Horrible!!! No working tv channels (much less cable) roaches, flies, few working electrical outlets, paint peeling from the walls, no hot water. Received 1 star because none of our personal belongings were stolen; very friendly staff and AC worked.

There are no words to describe how horrible my visit was. This places doesn't even deserve a tick much less a star. It was the worst experience of my lifetime and believe me if this was the type of service that they are expecting people to pay for , well i would rather use my money to rot my brain and eat some decent food.
The environment was a disgrace, this establishment lacks the basic human necessities,form running water, a clean room , a healthy bathroom and so much more. So anyone reading this please warned. But if you do decide to go then i wish you good luck.

Lets get real !!!

Despite the fact that the hotel itself is not backed by big cooperation doesn't excuse the fact that the
in-house management staff's mentality needs to improve !
The manager herself was very misleading and did not make it known to us that the "complimentary shuttle" from the airport to the hotel itself was an extra charge which was only stated in the hotel itself behind the front desk on a piece of paper stuck to the damn wall. When we called her from the airport ,on 3 different occasions this should have been stated , especially when she's charging $120.00 u.s dollars( we would have just rented a car and drove ourselves for all that. Also the shuttle arrangements were made while we were still at home in the U.S but when when arrived in Jamaica, we had to wait an extra 2 and half hours for the shuttle to pick us up because they forgot to come and get us.)

The manager intentionally waited till we arrived at the hotel before telling us about this charge. i myself was furious and refused to pay. My girlfriend paid behind my back while i was making sure all the luggage was with us.
The room we stayed in wasn't on any standard v.i.p but yet thats what it was referred to. polyester sheets (yes the shiney ones from the 70s) and imagine my disgust when i relized that the room itself had dirty old carpet that had been cut away. All except for the piece that layed underneath the full sized bed. so walking on tile only to be interrupted once you got close to the bed felt gross.
the shower was a joke. hot water? what hot water. " just wait till mid day when its really hot to take a shower so it doesn't feel so cold" just hope for it not to be a colder rainy days.
The hospitality from the staff was warm but distant. The breakfast was good
the wedding accommodations we went down for had my crying with tears on so many different occasions because of the hilarity. but being understanding i said nothing.

What can i say? Its my mom and dads island by birth.
The people are struggling (to the point they would deceive money out of you rather than have u decide on different options) but it doesn't excuse the fact they can choose to be ethical.

This hotel is not flattering in any form but if u have family close by just use this place as extra space if u need to. DONT HAVE THIS HOTEL AS YOUR MAIN ATTRACTION! you will be sadly disappointed. And the photos. lol the place is RAN DOWN don't be fooled.

I wish I could give a no star. Please don't visit this hotel. I went down from Canada to plan a surprised graduation party for my sister and the experience was HORRIBLE. Manager Ms. Johnson took my money since I had to pay in advanced and didn't provided the service that we agreed upon. I paid in advance for 42 person, 35 showed and they still didn't have enough food for my 35 guess that showed. Three of my 35 guess that showed didn't get any food and I paid for 42. Ms. Johnson was very rude no customer service skills at all and refused to refund me back my money. I REPEAT do not visit or host any event at this hotel they are liars and very rude and lacking customer service skills.
