Great time with my family. Manager Junior took care of us until a server was free. Great service and great food. Get the jerk chicken salad!
Very busy, but the staff was nice and helped us with chairs and with calling our bus guide. It rained and we didn't stay to eat it shop. We did snorkel, clear water and saw many fish!
This is the most beautiful beach I have ever been on. It is clean, the facilities are nice and the staff was wonderful. I know there are luxury beach clubs out there too, but this was way nicer than I expected.
This place was so much fun! I would do this excursion again! Beautiful clean beach, great service and awesome dj
A Wonderful beach to visit , the live DJ keep the beach enthuastist hopping while enjoying the surf, wind and wine This was our family's favourite beach while on holiday .. Blue waters beach was about a hours drive from MoBay but worth every minute of the travel time. A nominal $10 entry fee for adults and $5 for children that included the chairs. This was a family day that was worth the expense and our granddaughter loved the waves which were perfect for child of 5 years old. Definitely one spot to visit and the only reason it did not get a 5 star rating was due to the trip time.. But highly recommended if you are an entertainment and fun loving traveller
The atmosphere was good. It was missing changing rooms as I strongly believe that bathrooms are not good substitutes fit changing rooms.
We had a fun day there and the Mc provided by the management was great but the dj has us all scratching our heads. The food provided was sufficient and good, the bar was efficient and the bartenders amiable.
I would recommend this beach club for other functions and events.
Overrated. Trust me. We were on Oasis of the Seas 11/26/17 - 12/3/17. I left my husband in charge of planning what we do in Jamaica.
When you go through port and get to cabby area they try to make you go to Blue Water Beach Club when you say you want to go to a beach. I’m sure all their buddies work there and they get a kick back for sending us dummies there. My husband had to independently find our own cabby to take us to the beach we wanted which was Burwood Beach. They were quoting us OUTRAGEOUS fees when I knew it should be $10 each round trip. He was arguing with the people who get cabs for you because he wasn’t going to be ripped off for fare.
So we got to Burwood and this Rasta guy with no teeth and with a fat joint hanging from his mouth came running up to my sons as soon as we stepped out of the cab. I told my husband, “Get us out of here now.” I don’t care if they all smoke weed, but keep it away from my children. We left and the cabby took us to the TOURIST BEACH called Blue Water Beach Resort.
$10 each to get in, chairs another $10 each. We even rented snorkel gear. ONE PROBLEM, THERE IS NO CLEAR WATER TO SNORKEL IN. There were tiny two feet patches. We should’ve stayed at Burwood and hung out with the Rastafarians. My husband was right. Burwood was the clear beautiful beachnot the crappy one we went to. I should’ve just listened to him but noooooooooooooo, mama bear took over and I didn’t want pot around my kids.
Just do something else. The workers were all nice and accommodating but there was no place to swim. About ten feet off they roped it off. So if you want a 3x5 area of clear water up to your ankles go here.
They do have a full bar and restaurant. Workers are A+ and very nicejust disappointed in swimming area.
Nice place, $20.00 U.S. to get in. $20.00 per person to there round trip from Ochos Rios. Bar, music, food, and a gift shop. Swimming area is roped off on the beach and is life guarded. Terrible place to snorkel as the life guards will not let you swim outside of the roped off swimming area. Swimming area is maybe 3.5 feet deep at the max. Safe place for children. Clean bathrooms.
Clean and well maintained beach area. Offers food and a gift shop that also carries all the items you will need if you forgot to bring them along with you to the beach. They also have good restroom facilities and don't charge extra for the beach chairs like some other places.
Beach ok not great - WiFi didn't work so they shouldn't advertise free WiFi , i ask them 2 times about the WiFi and they acted like they didn’t understand what was going on but i just see that other reviews have said the same thing about the WiFi. The water was shallow but good for families. The employees were not very friendly but the food was decent and clean restrooms.
Очень мелко. The beach is ok, water is to shallow , not bad, but not 5 stars for sure. They have food, drinks, music , restroom, massage, for the beach $20 chairs included. Enjoy
Very picturesque. Warm and welcoming staff
It's a very relaxing secluded area where your family, company or group can go and enjoy the area without being troubled by outsiders.
The water is very shallow but not as salty as many other beaches. The facilities are great and the staff is friendly.
Nice relaxing view. Nice location for events
All-inclusive, fast and friendly bar, live DJs who also do patron participation games, great buffet, plenty of beach chairs, local artisans selling art and handmade wares, massage tables on beach. If you want to lay in your chair and be left alone you will be; if you want to participate or shop it's available. Very close to Falmouth port via air conditioned bus.
Simply a wonderful place!!! Great service from the staff.
Awesome people, great beach, clear water
Beach is nice for group trip. Beach is clean and nice. Has some amenities for meals and drinks. Bar and music present. Beach chairs also present. Can be set up for outdoors weddings.
Love it, its a nice setting, with a lovely post for hosting events, with a bar and gift shop
Good food, drinks and beach. The only thing I did not like about this place and some others was the expectation regarding tips. I do not mind giving tips, it's the confrontational aspect of it that bothers me. "Do you have a tip for me man?"
