  Biking down the mountain was really an adventure. There isn't much effort involved because you're coasting down most of the time. But bikers should have some experience, proper braking is necessary. And manoeuvring around pot holes and rocks can be a challenge.
  
  All in all it was a great trip.

  Sehr gut organisierte Tour. Ohne gross Kraftanstrengung den Berg herunterfahren. Zwischendurch Kaffeplantagen, Banaenbäume, usw. anschauen und die Berglandschaft geniessen.
