I will always go with Best Jamaica for my travel shuttle experience! They are so professional and courteous!
I Needed transportation from the airport to my resort and back on my day of departure, also excursions throughout my stay in Jamaica. I was able to pay online via PayPal for the airport to the hotel transportation and in person for my excursions the prices are well worth the experience and level of trust and safety they offer!!
It was a wonderful experience using this premier service, always on time and right where we needed them. There Customer service is impeccable, every time I called for an inquiry or a concern they were right on it offering their very best support. Coming from out the country this was extremely important and fundamental!
They were always very prompt and attentive to me and my friends needs. This is a private shuttle experience so we didn't have to share the van with anyone and the van was very clean! That is something I was concerned about in this time of COVID, but we all felt extremely safe and was well taken care of.
I will not hesitate to seek them out next time I go and you should too!report this review -

This review is long coming. I have been using Best Jamaica for the past 6 years and I have nothing but great accolades from them. By far they have the best Montego Bay Airport Taxi Rates and top quality Shuttle Service to back it up. If you will be traveling to Jamaica and arriving at the Montego Bay Airport I personally recommend Best Jamaica.

Booked and paid for airport to hotel transportation round trip online before arriving in Montego Bay. Traveling from Montego Bay to Negril. Price was reasonable. Driver was at the airport so there was no wait. Driver was also early for the drive back to the airport. No stress involved. Thank you!

This was literally the Best Experience Ever. I’ve traveled all over the world. The customer service was exceptional the staff was professional and friendly. I regret not using them the entire trip. Ms. Shame oak I don’t know if she sleeps or not but she responds promptly to emails you were given very detailed information when you communicate with her. I’ve found my Forever Company. Thank You 😊 our trip was Wonderful thanks to Best Jamaica 🇯🇲

Amazing, and reliable transportation period! Booked round trip from airport to hotel. Made a mistake with Kingston and Montego Bay. (Still uncertain about how that happened , when I typed in MON) Anyway, didn't pay attention , booked tickets and emailed the company. Got a prompt response from the Ms Shamelia telling me that based on the time my flight was arriving, that it was definitely not going to Montego Bay . She was right! The flight was going to Kingston. So I immediately had to call back the airline company to get it switched , thank goodness it was within a short period , so I didn't have to pay any fees . I'm grateful that she caught that right away!!
We communicated back and forth during the months, making sure that I had everything else in order! She was very friendly, professional and knowledge about her job! You can tell that she's loves to interact with people! She also did a personalized sign welcoming my mom to Jamaica
The drivers were very punctual, friendly and paid attention to our needs. Especially Randy! And they both had wonderful suggestions for our trip! Our greeter was also awesome!! She welcomed us with a smile, as she escorted us to the van!

This company was greatto deal with. They were prompt to respond to email requests when we setup the initial airport transportation. We used them for last minute excursions while we were there and they were always happy to accommodate us. All of the drivers were friendly and courteous. The vehicles were well kept and air conditioned.
Nothing but great things to say about this company. If we go back to Jamaica, these guys will be our drivers again. Keep up the great work.report this review -

Newton was our driver and made us feel safe and comfortable immediately. That was all we needed for 2 girls travelling. He was able to locate our Air BnB that had no house #. BEST JAMAICA offered us the best rates, $50 less that others. They have professional representation, clean vehicles and were nicely dressed.Will def use them again.

Best experience! Stevert Mckenzie is the best! He runs his company professionally and his recommendations are on point. Will only use Best Jamaica when in Jamaica 🇯🇲! His prices are very reasonable, his vans are well maintained and he has a great wealth of knowledge about the island and life in general. Not only enjoyed the rides but the conversations. We had a 6am flight out of MBJ ad Stevert was there in Negril at 2:30am. We spent a day touring from Negril to Dolphin Cove to YS Falls to the Pelican Bar. Yes he made all of that happen for us in one dayamazing day! Thank you!

Great experience! Our travel agent wanted us to book with them, it was quite expensive. We decided to search around and I'm glad we did. Best Jamaica Tours met all of our needs and more. Stevert booked the reservation and Jerome picked us up right on time. We chatted with him all the way to Negril and the time flew by. He was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed our time with him. Jerome again picked us up to return to the airport and again it was great. We will use them next time no doubt!

NEWTON is the best!
This company has better rates than all cabs we took around the island. They were prompt and always early. Very reliable and so friendly! We used them twice and both times a great experience. We were lucky to get Newton twice and learn new things about the island.

I cannot begin to thank Best Jamaica for the best vacation ever! Being a little concerned with a 1 1/2 hours transport to ochos, I wanted to make sure we has a good transport. Read great reviews about Best Jamaica and they were right on target. NEWTON IS AWESOME! And Stevert the owner was absolutely great. Went to Blue Hole on their suggestion and had a blast. When we come back to Jamaica there is only one way to go BEST JAMAICA!

Highly recommend. Prices very competitive. Paid a little more than some other tour transportation places and received a private ride vs a shared ride with multiple stops. Our flight was delayed 3 hours. They tracked our flight the whole time and knew we were delayed and picked us up still no problem. Picked us up to take us back to the airport right on scheduled time.

Excellent service. He was 30m early and never made is feel bad for waiting. Prompt and knowledgeable. Very friendly driver full of tips and interesting facts. We are American and felt very safe and taken care of. Great service and so easy to use! Can't wait to go back and will definitely use this service for further travel!

Booked Best Jamaica for round trip transfer from airport to resort and back. The driver Stevert made our group feel welcomed and had a wonderful conversation with my kids on the way to the resort. The cars were clean, the A/C was great! I would definitely use Best Jamaica again when will go to Montego Bay and already recommended it to all my friends.

Best Jamaica Airport Transer was excellent. The driver Jerome was top notch. He made our group feel welcomed and gave us some history on our ride to the resort. We had an excursion set for a couple days into the vacation and to our delight we had Jerome again. He drove us to Dolphin Cove and we had a blast. He is very pleasant and knows how to make everyone feel at home. The cars were clean, the A/C was great! I can't express how great Jerome was and the owner was very accommodating! A terrific company and service they provide. I will use them every time I touch Jamaica!
