This place is incredible! The dive team went above and beyond to make every level of diver feel comfortable and have a good time. We'll definitely be returning.

Fun resort if you have children under 18. All inclusive is always nice since you just lock your wallet away in the safe and never need it again during your stay. Lots of food options and amenities.

Maybe best resort we've been to. Amazing service and staff. Great food for an all inclusive, beautiful beach. Expensive but you get quality for your money.

Great service and beautiful grounds. Family had a blast, and the water park is fantastic. Room is average. Most meals were above average, with no waiting for tables and generous portions. Delicious drinks and ice cream whenever you want. The buffet was ok, but the other restaurants more than made up for it. Amazing sunsets.

It is a lovely Family resort. Love the layout and the blending of beach and pool spaces. I've seen this in other reviews as well it is a bit tired and could use a good clean up, and updated. Paint, plumbing, that sort of stuff. Staff is awesome, friendly and very obliging. For me I found the stage shows very loud, and ran too late for a family resort. Not good sound proofing of rooms for outside noise makes it very difficult for children to sleep. But lots of children's activities during the day to avoid boredom. The beach is beautiful, but bring a strong insect repellent, my legs seem to be the worse in our family, but are disturbingly attacked. All in all a really nice family vacation, a long long trip from Edmonton, Canada though.

Beautiful resort w/ access to 7 miles of beaches. Scuba diving at no additional charge. An okay gym w/ everything except barbells. All of the food you can eat.

Friendly, fun and super facilities My family loved this place, and my wife and I enjoyed the grown up stuff too. The food (quality/volume and range of restaurants) is five star. The service can sometimes drift off the pace, but that's just the culture of these incredibly friendly Jamaicans;. Very much a comment, not a criticism. It's a bit if a slog from Montego Bay airport; took us 3-hours in terrible traffic after landing on the Friday night Virgin flight from London Gatwick. Overall, an excellent holiday (vacation) - "Yeah Man"

One word WOW! And Denisha at the front desk..no words to describe her. A real gem. Our family just LOVED her. She went above and beyond, out of her way for whatever our needs and our wants. A real asset to the Beaches company. A model employee.

We had a great 2 weeks vacation but for the price will look at other resorts. This is very kid friendly and food was good. But we also had a lot of problems. We made the best of every minute and will just keep traveling the world.

Have not actually stayed here but we host weekly Sunday morning worship. Very nice property. Well kept. Good food. The best white sand beaches.

Omg this hotel is amazing. Went for mother's day weekend 2017 with my three girls and we felt like we were with family. Special thanks to one of the waiter Mr Lesmore Campbell he seated us for almost all our meals. The chef Peter. Who i was so surprised to c because we went to the same high school. Would go back tomorrow. Great job. Only concern. House cleaning was late. But wouldn't take anything from the hotel for that

Lovely resort, let down a bit by a complete lack of towels after 12pm and noisy rooms as they are all close to the entertainment (until about ten pm anyway). Fantastic food. Free diving is a fantastic bonus.
After staying there for two weeks, I upgraded my review from four stars to five. The above complaints were really my only complaints, and the staff were consistently really good and did everything possible to make our stay a good one. August 2017 , DAY 1 undergoing maintenance. We're a group visiting beautiful Jamaica with kids. I've heard so much and we're all very disappointed. Toilets overflowing in public areas, AC units non operational in some rooms. This is not acceptable for the money you pay through the nose. On top, the group is split into different buildings considering booking was done 6 months ago. we're definitely not coming back especially to Negril Beaches.

Love, love, love is the only word I can use to describe the experience here. My girls were kept busy while I did my thing. There is no reason for you not to have a great time here. The restaurant choices are great, my #1 was Sushi of course.

Great family vacation. Really loved the beach and the overall experience. Good entertainment program for both adults and kids. Good food selection, but nothing terribly high brow.

Crystal Nguyen, WOW. You are beyond open minded and fair . When I read Tony C's review and compare it to yours I'm beyond touched. He's bashing the country and its people because of ''; flea bites'',while such a BIG day for you didn't go as planned yet you were able to looked at unselfishly. God bless your soul. This resort has so many things to do, it's incredible. Your kids will LOVE this resort. The major drawback is the food, not 5-star (or even 4-star) worthy. Limited options without paying more (which is a bit ridiculous considering the price of the resort), and none of them are outstanding. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but they make a lot of promises, some of which don't pan out (they try to appease you in the moment). Overall a really good resort for kids, just needs some upgrades here and there to be back to the 5-star this company is known for.

Friendly staff. Great food and drinks. The staff treats you like you are the only guest. Makes you feel special. Kept very clean. Beaches are beautiful. Clear water. Scuba and snorkeling is included and awesome.
