  What a shabby establishment, it's like they are running a patty shop. Got a 6:30pm appointment and didn't see the dr until after 8, add to the fact these people are not polite and just drift like it's free service they offer. Ridiculous

  The front desk staff and nurses are unprofessional and unfriendly. This place never used to be like this. The wait time is ridiculous, over 3 hours to see a general practitioner. Went there and was waiting for an extended period so went to the front desk to ask how many persons where in front of me. I stood at the desk for a good 2 mins before I was acknowledged by any of the 3 nurse aides at the front who were blabbering. Seemed as if my question bothered them. Anyhow, when I went to check my vitals with the nurse, she asked me to step on the scale. I could see debris from the previous patients feet. Told her I didn't feel comfortable putting my bare feet on it and if she had anything to put there. She said no in disgust but I saw that she had a full roll of paper towel so I asked her to tear piece. You could see that my question disturbed her and she tore it off in hast and stretch it to without even looking at me like I was begging a piece of meat. Her body language was saying "Si it yah, KMT". So I told her thanks for her help and left. PLEASE HIRE LESS GHETTO NURSES. The facility is becoming squalid.

  Im absolutely annoyed by the receptionist at the front the old lady with the bumpall she worries about is money .she is no help and definately dont know how to talk to customers. Ive been with this clinic for years. Anytime i have to deal with her i get a bad experience. I think they should move her from the front and put her somewhere else. She even went has far as to hang up on me when i was only trying to figure out the cost of getting something done

  It was the most awful experience I have had visiting a doctor. Firstly the receptionists had horrible manners and have no idea how to speak to customers. The GP I visited Dr Neil has a horrible attitude, he proceeded to gave me a lecture on my makeup and and the clothes I wear when I expressed to him that my surgery is so expensive that I will have to save for it. He is very rude and condescending. I find the other doctors there quite pleasant though so if you visit try to see any other if possible.

  Excellent service. Dr. Spencer is the best! Not so sure about the front desk people tho. They need to learn better ways to communicate with people.(not all of them tho).

  Wasn’t good I went and the doctor didn’t do anything to help me yet I was still charged. When I said nth I mean absolutely nth but recommended me elsewhere

  I am not the type of person to complain or give bad reviewsbut today I experienced the worst service ever from Baywest wellness clinic over at baywest plazai would never recommend anyone to go therenot even my worst enemythe staff lack customer service skills and they are very unprofessionalthe waiting time to see a doc is over an hour long.if I wanted that service I would have gone to the public clinic or hospitali have been there from 1:30pm and up until 6pm I haven't seen a docpersons who even register way after me are seeing the doctor before me(we were all waiting to see the same doctor)went and asked about itwhat the nurse did was to put my file further to the back of the already long wait listi was so upset with how the matter was handled and I walked out hoping to never return to that place.i would encourage all of you reading this not to go there eithernot even one star they deserve.
