Great staff and lovely morning view. Good food for breakfast. Had friends staying here and we joind them several times for breakfast. While your there be sure and ask the juice man for some fresh watermelon juice when he comes by every morning.

It's not up Up in terms of space an facilities #no cork for the tubs #hot water takes too long to get hot & #not enough cable channels to watch . But it's clean they have a wonderful view of the beaches and there food is delicious and staff is ok

It's really nothing fancy but good enough if you just want to explore negril and enjoy the beach. Breakfast was also good.

This is the worst hotel ever. It's smelly, toilet doesn't flush and water settles in the bath tub. We asked for airfreshner and they gave us roach spray. This place is disgusting and it's not worth it. I would never stay here again even if it's for free. I think they pay people to give those ratings.

Our experience at this hotel has caused my family and I to not want to go back to Jamaica. It will definitely be the first and last time we go to this hotel.
1) Regardless of the fact that we paid a premium rate to have lunch and dinner included, we could only choose one option off the menu and it was the same meal EVERY SINGLE DAY AND NIGHT for the entire stay. Yet someone who was not staying at the hotel could purchase whatever they wanted off the menu. ALSO, we were only offered fruit juices (obviously from concentrate and not real) but we were not allowed to have bottled water unless we paid a fee above and beyond what we already paid for our meals;
2) The cleaning service was subpar. The maids came in each day for about 5 minutes and put a cleaning solution in the toilet and used a brush to scrub the shower floor for about a minute. They would take the dirty towels but not replace them. Not one fresh towel was left in its place. Each day we had to ask for a towel and if the maids were not there yet we would have to wait;
We were the only family that was at the hotel and it's extremely clear why. Why would anyone want to stay at a hotel that provides this kind of service. You would think considering NO ONE ELSE WAS THERE that they would go above and beyond to make it that we would want to go back, but no. The staff would offer water at the risk of the money coming out of their pocket or losing their job. What a horrible morale. Myself nor any member of our family would recommend this hotel. You're better off staying at an all inclusive hotel or another hotel on the 7 miles beach. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this hotel. Your money is better spent elsewhere.report this review -

This place is the best place to go to if you are on budget. The staffs are great, the food is excellent,breakfast included. The restaurant is right by the beach. We had fun when we stayed there. My kids enjoyed the place. This place is for people who doesn't mind the music, if you want to be at a peace and quiet then this is not for you. I will highly recommend this place.

Jamaican owned if you consider yourself to be a seasoned traveler and do not want to be around people who are trying to experience a life time of happiness in 10 days this is your place. The best pizza on the island and a hands on owner who has great passion for her business.
