It's not a bad place, but need a little sprucing. Stay there for couple days all they gave us is 2 bath rags not even a towel

Worst customer service ever. The person at the front desk was so uninviting. I would not recommend anyone to go there. A customer asked why the TV was not working and the attendance said that he has to work with it the way it is. The woman cursed a bad word at us because we misunderstood how long we should stay. She didn't even Tell us how things worked when we booked our room. I would give zero stars if I could just because of that woman.

Dont waste your money! The place made my skin crawlI could smell every scent from the previous guests. Cigarette burns on the furniture, dirty curtains. The place is just nasty!
Not to mention the poor customer service, very aggressive staff. You will feel very uncomfortable if you go there.

I have been here twice and it was a great experience on both occasions. Accommodation was okay and the room was spacious. The shower was even big enough for two persons . Also, if you plan on staying and didn't get any snacks, you can load up at the receptionist area which I find to be very convenient.

Nice resting spot whether you staying single or with company . Clean spacious rooms, water, and reception.

Nice clean and safe place to stay.

Rooms and showers are clean and yes hot water is hot.

5 minute walk from Cross Roads Bus and Taxi park.

$100ja taxi/bus fare from Cross Roads to Downtown.

Bus 42 or 44 from Downtown Kingston to Cross Road.

Internet was working fine.

24 hour office for snacks and assistance.

My only complaint is no mini bar.

Will stay here over any of those unnecessarily expensive hotels.
