Pros:
If you set your appointment before hand you cut down on wait time

Team work is very good. More than one stylist works on your hair so you finish quickly

Their work is very neat. You will get exactly the style you paid for.

Cons:
Over WhatsApp setting an appmt. Takes forever. Their response time needs some work.
They tell you one thing for prices over the phone and it ends up being more expensive when you get there because everything is priced seperately: pulling out, washing, braiding, buying the hair itself, etc.

Their options for styles is limited. I got a lot of, "that style is currently not available" until I selected a style from their website.

Some of the stylists there have an attitude problem and seem to take out their frustration on the client when they feel tired or stressed. For place that has this professional reputation I found that to be disappointing.

Went here once for a relaxer and cut. After waiting three hours,at this time it was almost closing, the stylist got disgruntled and reluctantly started to do my hair. She cut my hair before she relaxed it. How that work?

Great team work to get my and other patron's hair done. I made an appointment and after deciding what would be done, I was ushered right to a seat and the work started.

The finish was neat and pretty, and my only complaint which I had not realised until the next day was that the braid was.a little tight. A wet towel in the night helped to relieve this and I am on my way.

Love the styles and talent of the stylists, comfortable waiting area and profesionlism appreciated. However, waiting time needs go be improved. Ensure appointments are need on style and time taken to do same so that 27th next person in lime won't have to wait.

The worst thing you can do is make an appointment to go to this place. You'll wait longer than if you just walked in & if you do have an appointment for say 10 & a walk in customer that's tight with the owner comes, they'll take priority over you who had your appointment from 2 weeks prior. The work attitude is lousy with just complaints from the workers & when your 9 am appointment finally ends at almost 10 pm, you'll have a major headache for more than one reason. I removed the hair they did from my head in less than a week because it was so tight it was unbearable. So did my coworker a little over a week after she had her hair done by them - in that short space of time she lost her hairline. You are so shell shocked & traumatized by the time they are done with you, before you can even pull yourself together to resist the urging to have them take your picture, they are snapping away. They couldn't pay me to return & I spread the word about them every chance I get. I would recommend them to the CIA for their terrorist torture programme - just give them a container of Kanekalon hair & let them lose on the terrorists, trust & believe that when Babae Style is done with them, they'll talk.

Now don't get me wrong, they stylists are good, but that motto "the customer is always right" doesn't fly there and their attitude sucks. But if u can see past all that By all means go ahead. I'm not going back to do my hair tho
