The drive through is very slow because the ordering speaker is not visible and even when you are waiting to give your order through the speaker no one answers it. The fried chicken gravy taste awful. There is ginger and something else that makes up the gravy and it taste bad

Breakfast is very good here. My husband loves to get lunch here because they accept credit cards. I think that some of the chicken options are not well done so I tend to stick with fried chicken most of the times. Customer service is not always were it should be. Limited parking is available but their drive through help with parking challenges.

The food is usually good for an average restaurant. Most of the time the customer service is poor.
Menu option is usually standard Jamaican food and vegetarian options. They serve from breakfast time to dinner time, Sunday to Saturday which makes them reliable.
The cashier is usually pleasant however the servers are the impatient, non-flexible ones.
Overall average experience, reliable opening times and food options.

This restaurant has become my go to place for lunch and breakfast. I can only remember 2 times when I never felt fully satisfied with the food provided. The staff is friendly as well.
