The service at align tek is messy. On 3 different occasions I’ve been told that the technician has not arrived as yet. It was noted on all occasions that the technician should report for duty at 10am. This was not so. I waited for approx 45mins the 1st time and about 30min the last visit. I couldn’t wait any longer and left. The receptionist / cashier seemed a little upset on all occasions about the matter which was evident in the tone she used. I must note that she was not being rude but more fed up with the seemingly constant negligence of the technician. Align tek appears to be the most well known alignment location in Portmore as its wait list is usually long. This attitude towards business will surely cause the loss of customers. As a result of this ordeal, I have found 3 other alignment locations in Portmore where technicians are present, one of which provided great service.
