Adam and Eve Day spa is absolutely wonderful! Today was my birthday and I decided to get a massage, this was my first professional massage, and I was treated with the warmest, friendliest and courteous customer service. From just stepping through the doors to the heavenly massage, Adam and Eve Day Spa was enchanting.

Service is good I enjoyed my, day but they need to properly schedule their appointments. Customer service is very poor it was a Valentine gift from my man and I wasn't calles at all !!! I was inform by my other half that i had a 3 o'clock there . Upon reaching before 3 i gave my name and all was invited to have a seat, then my 3 o'clock turned into 10mins to 4 no communication this ohhh to make matters even worst the didn't know the service I was getting🤣🤣🤣 and bare in mind this was to be a surprise ..again customer service suck but the ladies who dealt with me they i can commend was excellent if they had their own business I would go without hesitation.

Service needs to be more consistent

I have been to Adam and Eve about 3-4 times and every time I have been I would do a bikini wax. The first times were ok. I was satisfied with the service. However, on my last visit, I had to wait over an hour after my appointment time to receive my treatment and that was not until I went to the receptionist to tell her I had another appointment so I would not be able to wait for much longer. The individual who did my treatment was pleasant but did a terrible job. It was way more painful than my previous experiences and I ended up going home with a lot of hair still on. I felt disappointed because after going through that pain I was still left with hair that I had to remove myself. The scent in the waiting area is also very overpowering. It tends to irritate my sinuses.

Lovely decor especially waiting area. Lights and trimmings are pulsating. Form given to clients to fill out is a little archaic and poorly printed. Hopefully it can be upgraded to use an iPad or kiosk. Attendants are professional and will converse with you during sessions if you talk them into it. I did manicure and pedicure and it was very good. Ample parking space. TV is in the service room. Staffs are well trained and use proper equipment. Though a little high and price, it's value for money. Plus they do gift vouchers.

The atmosphere and overall aroma of the please was pleasant the staff were kind and warm and had what seemed to be sincerity in the way they presented themselves. I went there for a welcome massage which was free and trust me i will be going back, great job guys keep it up.

I went and got a deep tissue facial and had to pay $1500 extra to extract 5 ingrown hair. When I got home my girlfriend still had to extract two and squeezed two blackheads. Smh

This spa is located in the heart of Jamaica's business district, New Kingston. The staff is very professional and friendly, and the ambiance is quite relaxing. Went here for my 22nd bday and I was a bit excited as it was my first experience at a spa. I did the package Journey to Eden #1 which consists of a Upper Body Massage, Mini Facial, Pedicure and Manicure. I signed up basic documents and afterwards I was guided to my room to start my package . My upper body massage and facial was really good and the lady attending to me made sure I was comfortable. However this is where things made a horrible turn. Afer my massage and facial, I waited an hour for my mani pedi just to be told I was in the incorrect footwear and I was gladly told I had to reschedule .I even mentioned that I would wait in the lobby for half an hour for it to dry and was told it wouldn't make any sense as it wouldn't properly dry. I was steaming mad as I waited so long just to be told that and being that it was my birthday and I wanted it to go perfect. I was the one to ask your member of staff if there were any retail stores nearby I could purchase a slippers from. I accepted my fate and told them I would reschedule just to be told I only had a Pedi. I asked the lady if it was a Mani Pedi and she reassured me that it was only a Pedi. I exited the building puzzled so I decided to call. I informed the person about the situation and they told me that it was indeed a Mani Pedi and not Pedi alone but afterwards telling her about the situation about what later aspired I felt like a laughing stock. If it was that on the phone when I made my appointment I was told to wear or carry flip flops that would of been excellent as I am sure I am not the first person that came for a Mani Pedi with incorrect footwear! Started off with excellent customer service and ended with horrible customer service. TRULY DISSAPPOINTED.

Great atmosphere and service but needs improvement on massage length and give customers more options
