We have eaten at a number or Michelin Star Restaurantes in the UK and France and we purposely book our trips around a good tasting menu.
To say this restaurant has only just launched this new menu, myself and my wife were very impressed.
The standard of food and speed of service was extremely good and would recommend to anyone. -

En perte de vitesse depuis que le chef étoilé est parti
Certes le cadre et le service sont toujours à la hauteur d'un restaurant étoilé, les prix sont également toujours à la hauteur d'un restaurant étoilé, mais on va s'arrêter là... La cuisine et le nouveau chef n'ont pas suivi. Description des plats avec des noms toujours aussi "ronflants" et attractifs mais le résultat dans l'assiette n'a rien à voir avec ce que c'était du temps de Mark Jordan !!! On va attendre un certain temps avant d'y retourner. -

Toujours parfait !!!
Cadre toujours aussi agréable, avec une importante « brigade » française pour nous accueillir et nous servir ce soir là.
La cuisine proposée est toujours aussi fine, bonne et surprenante.
C’est vraiment le meilleur accueil, le meilleur service et la meilleure cuisine des 3 restaurants étoilés Michelin de Jersey. -

Lasting impressions: classy, elegant, nothing was too much trouble, exquisite service
Our experience: we came here for Sunday lunch to celebrate a double birthday and nothing was too much trouble. We were made to feel very welcome, incredibly spoilt and had a wonderful meal. The food was fabulous (as you'd expect of a Michelin-starred restaurant), the service was fantastic, the restaurant was classy and our meander around the grounds after as we tried to waddle off our meals was very relaxing and pleasant. The views over St Ouen's Bay are lovely. The pastry chef did an amazing birthday cake. We were all left with a very favourable impression of the place.
The verdict: we all said that we would go back without hesitation. -
