My favourite Jersey Heritage site including live restoration work on the coins found in a huge hoard. Totally worth visiting!

A mighty fine Neolithic site, set in the most peaceful setting. Love it.

Really interesting exhibit and the bunker was quite moving. Watch your head if you decide to go into the tunnel though!

Full of history and very well explained. There is also a very moving memorial to the WWII prisoners of war.

The place was a gem of a place to visit. It doesn't take too long to visit everything (budget for a couple of hours or so). There's plenty to see in the buildings around the site, including neolithic artefacts dug from around the island, and interesting geological histories.

The neolithic passageway isn't for tall people, or those with fragile spines, however it was well worth the journey inside.

The WW2 installation is a sobering reminder to the island's past, and the memorials are not something you'll forget in an instant.

Well worth the winding walk up to the not-so neolithic, but still ancient church at the top. Great views to be seen all around.

This place has architecture that is like 6000 years old. How peng is that?

Loved it - highlight of a great week in Jersey - So much history in one place from the neolithic times to the Nazis Occupation of the Island. Certainly thought provoking. As a foot note, the lady in the shop was a mind of information.

Very quiet when we visited. Lots of info provided in the entrance hut. The site offers a mix of things to see including the tomb, chapel, underground bunker with exhibit about the Russian prisoners during the German occupation, and a museum about the coin hoard. Picnic area there too. We got a bus to a nearby crossroads and walked to the site, but it did feel a bit out of the way and buses going past the site are only every 2 hours! Needs planning if you aren't driving.

Neolithic tomb with a chapel on the top. Lots of history and small interesting museum. Lovely grounds too.
