  As a turist I didn't feel welcome by the hostess, they were pretty rude and disrespectful. Customer service '0'.
  I don't recommend this place at all!

  Excellent authentic Italian food. Was blown away by the drink menu and although the menu was only in Italian, the waiter helped me pick my meal. Food came quickly and was relatively inexpensive. One of the best experiences I've had in Florence. Friendly staff, great food!

  The owner was really rude with us. Almost answering with an insult with each question we did. Also the hostess has the same bad attitude. We decided to get out after being insulted 3 times just by asking about specialities and the menu . Really bad service. There are lots of cool and tasty places around. Avoid to feel untimidated by this bad attitude "owner" guy.

  The ossobuco and pesto pasta dishes were good, but the "fried beef with french fries" looked terrible and out of place. Also, I don't mind the 2 euros coperto (service charge) per person, but when you add in another 2 euros for house water (it's not a fresh, unopened bottle), it does seem like they are taking advantage. I would honestly recommend 5 e Cinque next door for better flavors, service, decor, price, and overall experience (and they don't charge a service charge).

  It´s french, it´s cosy and the food is great.
  I have been here several times and I was never disappointed. My favorite dish is the tartar de boeuf with french fries but all the other plates are just as delicious. And don´t forget to try their desserts, the creme brûlée and the moelleux au chocolate are just to die for!
  Good for a small group of friends or for a romantic en amoureux!

  Dinner on a Sunday night. Lucky to get a table outside. Simple and tasty Italian food. Veal cheeks were very flavoursome and cooked to perfection. Tasty food, good wine and a great night!
