Friendly and courteous staff
I take to heart the problems that can sometimes be created, never leaving you alone.
They always respond quickly to the store number.

Actually, I just got out from the store, the officer was really helpful and advising. I brought old version of Tre 3 mobile phone company to maintain it. She did her best.

Waited over 30mins to be served. 2 ladies were being served. Very slow service. No acknowledgement of my presence. No apologies or recognising I was patiently waiting. Another man appeared from the office only to walk out with some papers in hand and no questions asked what my visit was for. Walked out very disappointed and crossed the street to give Vodafone business. No customer service what so ever.
