The rooms are quite basic but the layout is great. The food isn't typically Italian and the choice of food well there is no choice.

For this price, you can have a a lot better accomodation. Not working kitchens (our neighbours could turn on gas but not ignite it - VERY DANGEROUS!) Beautiful landscape, but I wouldn't book there again.

Not very clean. Bad food(horrible).Small rooms.you have to pay for Wi-Fi and air conditionerjust awful

Food was either raw or burned. Beds aren't comfy, rooms are way too small, ants everywhere, the entire place is filthy and the staff are not the best. Air con was overpriced and literally falling apart and the 'free' WiFi was €10 per week. I'd stay in the area again but not in these sheds.

For a 4-star hotel, it's quite bad. The food was ok but I much preferred to buy food elsewhere and there were a few problems with the room. However the rooms are quite spacious and the beds are relatively comfy. My best experience when at the hotel was when using the pool, which was very pleasant. Overall I feel it underperforms for a 4-star hotel and I would consider it a 3-star hotel.

Very nice people especially the gardener / maintenance man who picked oranges and lemons for the guests , basic accommodation , very clean , very good peaceful town , an all round great atmosphere and friendly people. Would definitely return.

We were placed in decreped CARAVAN covered by shacks.There was a guard dog barking all night as well as loud cries from the foot ball pitch next door .We had no heating or hot water and had to pay significantly for hoorendous WiFi. AVOID IT AT ALL COST OR YOUR WELL BEING AND GENERAL SANITY WILL BE RUTHLESSLY SNATCHED AWAY!!! AND THE WIFI DOESN'T WORK IN THE SHACKS!!!!!!!!

I haven't even arrived at this hotel yet am I am already finding this hotel to be difficult!! I have booked a number of rooms for my wedding party in August this year and when I booked, I booked under a book now pay later arrangement and little pop up kept coming up saying don't worry you wont be charged now! so I think everything is ok. a few months later I was randomly charged for one of my rooms with no warning! one of my booking was apparently a non refundable booking which I understood but did know why I was charged, considering this wasn't even for me it was for one of my guests. I asked for there understanding in this misunderstanding that they could apparently charge me any time before our stay. I aske if they could allow my booking to be changed to a book now pay later booking it was refused and they have cancelled my booking and just sent me an email letting me know that I would need to re book!! the website I booked with now has no availability on these dates soo my one and only guest has to now stay in a different hotel near by!!! the lack of Villaggio costa atlas customer service is shocking as I no they could have assisted us more with this "misunderstanding" but they just cancelled. uno not everyone can just have money coming out of there bank accounts whenever they feel to take the balance.

You live in a tiny shed get no service at all you have to pay for pool you must wear a cap unless you are Italian then nothing is said .good thing there is a small restaurant out side that's as very good food and low cost.
