Hotel is ok maar niet gaan eten in restaurant. Op voorhand keuze doorgeven (telkens keuze uit 2 gerechten. Restaurant zelf ongezellig eten koud. Geen 4 sterren hotel waardig!

Tres belle bâtisse, beau terrain, piscine impeccable. L'ensemble du bâtiment est propre et les terrains sont très biens tenus.
Le personnel est tellement adorable ! Très gentil, souriant et à l'écoute, au petit soin.
Le très gros inconvénient est l'insonorisation des chambres qui est très très mauvaise, nous entendons toutes les conversations des chambres à côtés (chambre à droite et chambre gauche).
Le petit déjeuner est bon et varié.
Endroit totalement au calme (pour les longs séjours prévoir une voiture car rien autour!)
Pour les arrivées tardives, attention la réception ferme à 22h et il est impossible de rentrer dans l'hôtel sans clef.

Volgo attività di wedding photographer, ho lavorato per un matrimonio e mi sono trovato molto bene, la costrizione si affaccia su una vallata. E'stupendo! Il personale gentile è gentile e accogliente. Il posto è munito di ampio parcheggio.

Sehr schönes toskanisches Hotel mit Pool. Gut zum ausspannen und liegt ideal um historische Städte zu erreichen.

This Hotel is a disgrace.. and is Dangerous !
The Hotel is putting guests in danger by failing to properly secure the Villa. The patio doors and windows of the guest rooms can be easily broken into at night from outside, and they have no security on site whatsoever in the evening..Burglars / Intruders and professional gangs are now targeting this Hotel in particular as they know they can easily enter the rooms at night to steal from the guests. They also have no safes in any of the rooms..
This Summer we were robbed at night in our room while we and our small children slept and we have since found out it has also been happening to other guests too. While the Police are investigating these cases the Hotel still haven't fixed the damaged doors & windows so it will keep happening. They also don't keep proper Insurance so guests valuables are not properly covered when valuables are stolen.response / report this review -

We stayed at Villa San Filippo for a few days at the end of March to the beginning of April.
I am a very demanding person and the fact that I choose to quote as "excellent" my staying here is due to the fact that I found the place really excellent.
The place is superb, in the middle of the nature, very quiet and still only a minute or two from the road leading to all the beautiful places in Tuscany. Siena is less than 30 minutes away, so is San Gimignano. Voltera, Monteregioni and even Pisa (one hour and 20 minutes) are easy to reach.
We were two families (4 persons) and choose an apartment with two bedrooms everyone with en suite bath and a very large living room. And a large balcony (also the name of the apartment) with a superb view.
The beds were king size with orthopedic mattress (one of them even with electronic commanded vibro-massage!). The baths were very well equipped and functioning and a small kitchenette.
All of the rooms individually air-conditioned and working perfectly!
Plenty of accessories, extra pillows, covers, etc…
The people at the reception were extremely friendly and I want to thank again to Marcella for all the help she gave to us. From suggesting the trips, recommending delicious restaurants, to give us all the answers we need during our stay.
One single regret – our stay was not long enough to fully enjoy the facilities of the place. We hope to be back soon!
