Etwas in die Jahre gekommen bietet das Hotel den Mindeststandard der 3 Sterne. Schöne gepflegte Gartenanlage, großer kostenloser Parkplatz, Pool mit ausreichend Liegen inklusive Toiletten und netter Weitblick über Montecatini. Service freundlich aber nicht zuvorkommend, Küche eher rustikal. Getränkepreise sind unerwartet hoch, sie sind wohl dem Kurort geschuldet. WLAN gibt es kostenlos um Foyer. Zu Fuss ist die Stadtmitte in 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Lucca, Pistoia, Firenze und Siena etc. ideal. Es lohnt sich für die Kommunikation rudimentäre Italienischkenntnisse anzueignen. Preis-Leistung ist angemessen.

The place is nice and tidy. Montecatini Terme is a good place to make daily trips all over Tuscany. The walls are very thin and for the last three nights an italian couple was our neighbor, blasting the tv till 2 am. You can hear everything which is going on in the other room clearly. The owners family occupied the pool almost all days. Guests were not using the pool because of this

Heel vriendelijk personeel. Een uitzicht waar je bij wegdroomt. Alleen het eten is wat weinig maar dat zal de italiaanse keuken weer verschillen met de nederlandse keuken. Super zwembad erbij. Schone en prima kamers. Overal een top hotel!

Personale molto cordiale, 9 e 10 agosto, stanza piccola ma essenziale e pulita con box doccia a getti misti. La cena: ottimo primo piatto ma il secondo ci ha lasciato perplessi, il dopo cena però hanno recuperato alla grande con Valentina voce live. La colazione buona, peccato le tovaglie sporche Piscina e parco bellissimi, molto curati.

Volevo prenotare per un week-end,con un coupon: Grupalia per il mese di aprile,mi viene risposto che non cera disponibilità per tutta la durata del coupon,(nota scadenza 30 giugno) non mi sembra un buon biglietto da visita.

Struttura molto bella e staff cortese, educata e disponibile.
Abbiamo soggiornato il 23.11 per visitare la Casa di Babbo Natale, e siamo stati molto soddisfatti del trattamento ricevuto.
Consigliatissimo anche a famiglie con bambini

Salve, struttura molto bella, curata nei minimi dettagli, ho soggiornato solo una notte in mansarda, scelta da noi, molto accogliente con tutti i confort, solo un po' basso il soffitto, ma al nostro arrivo, con molta gentilezza, la ragazza ci ha detto che potevamo subito cambiare la stanza, abbiamo apprezzato molto questo servizio. L'unico piccolo neo e' che noi abbiamo soggiornato il 31/12/12 per finire l'anno in un locale di Montecatini, rientrando in notte tarda, nonostante che fosse l'ultimo dell'anno la colazione ci e' stata servita dalle 8.00 alle 10.00 e consegna delle chiavi alle 11.00, ci sembrava un po' troppo presto, ma così sono le regole, eventualmente Vi consiglierei per il prossimo anno di pensarci su.
