Te duur voor wat je krijgt, wel ruime kamers met mooi uitzicht, maar niet echt schoon, slecht ontbijt en je moet vanuit het centrum zo'n 250 trappen op om er te komen

Scandaleux ! Piège à touristes, passez votre chemin! Photos qui vendent du rêve sur le site Booking et la vérité et bien loin du compte. Chambre poussiéreuse, literie avec des traces de chaussures. Salle de bain pleine de moisissures, (je précise que nous étions avec notre bébé ) lumière de la salle de bain sans applique. Il n'est pas dans mes habitudes de critiquer de la sorte des chambres mais celle ci est une honte. La responsable nous à fait une ristourne de 20 euros par nuit, et a refusé de nous annuler le séjour.
Le point positif : vue sur Taormine de la piscine ainsi que l'amabilité de l'employé qui nous a accueilli.

Great view from the bedrooms, the breakfast area, and the outdoor pool. Good breakfast. The king suite has a nice Jacuzzi. Good pool.

Cleanliness was terrible, we originally had the Luxury suite with sea view but it was so dirty we got moved to the king suite (why not just clean it?). Limited WiFi service (no pool side, limited in rooms). Hydromassage shower in Luxury room was broken, and looked like it had been for the best part of 10 years. Overpriced for the service and cleanliness, we would have given a higher rating had it cost half the price.

Stunning views overlooking Etna&Taormina, large rooms. Fantastic roof-top pool (fresh water). Breakfast good range (ham, cheese, lots of sweet cakes), only criticism that some condiments tended to run out (tea bags, nutella, ..). Expensive, and parking (10€/night), minibar cost extra. At this price, would have at least expected some complimentary free water in the room. Short but steep staircase hike (10-15min) into town. Reception spoke only limited English, but wasn't an issue for us. Overall, still a fantastic place.
