  The shop is great and location is great. But "After Sales Service"? , I can not say it was helpful. I have a black bottons boots which I had more than 10 years but worned once or twice. Practically new. A button came off. I brought it to the Via Montenapolione store. After 8 months leaving it with them they never called me. I finally walked in to ask what happened to my boots. They told me they could not help me because they don't have spare button. OK Why didn't they call me earlier? Why did they waited 8 months and never bother to call me? Are they waiting for me to forget or died of Covid? So they don't have to deal with it??? Seriously! They have to stand by their product if they expect us to fork out over 1,000 Euros for anything they sell.

  Terrible service.
  I stood at the shoes section for at least 10 mins, just completely being ignored - but there actually 2 salesperson were helping a lady (VIP I guess, approximately trying 7-8 pairs of high heel) well, what I have to say is that maybe I’m an Asian and seem no buying power so no one is willing to help. Thank you Valentino for your EXCELLENT SERVICE.
