Excellent location.and good rooms. Cleandecent size. Restaurant food was very good. Heating inside the room and hot water in the tap was poor

Great location, ideal place for train and metro. Modern hotel in a dated building. Comfortable and stylish. Friendly staff, happy to help, good local knowledge.
Only down side is that the road outside got quite busy early morning, the car horns are almost continuous.response / report this review -

nice clean hotel. rooftop terrace fantastic for breakfast. friendly helpful staff. only downside area around hotel bit run down. but a perfect location for seeing the sites.

This rooftop terrace was an oasis from the chaos down below in the piazza. This is definitely the safest bar and restaurant in like a 10 block radius. Staying at the hotel across the piazza, a far cheaper location(nowhere near as nice as UNA), we were happy to find UNA for a late night cocktail, with a wide view of the city. Enjoyed the drinks and the vibe!

Great location right across from the subway station and just down the street from the train station. Right along some of the biggest downtown streets for easy access to shopping and the sights. Nice rooms with high ceilings and large, we'll furnished bathroom. Great restaurant with gorgeous rooftop patio. Staff was friendly and hotel room rates were reasonable. Recommend the Superior rooms or up as mini bar is included at no charge. The snacks and beverages were very welcome after long days of walking in Pompeii , climbing Vesuvius and seeing the sights. Highly recommended.

Everyone was very helpful, service was great. Very accommodating. We turned in pretty late, found we weren't happy with the pillows that were there but they sent softer ones up after hours when we called the desk to ask. Pillows were THE only complaint about the rooms. Just make sure to test yours out early. They even have pamphlets on the different pillows you can request. The room was gorgeous, with two balconies. I believe it was a superior option room. For fifteen euro extra you get unlimited wifi and no charge for minibar items (no liquor but nice options!) Located between a famed pizzeria and the central train station/metro station (five minutes from each,) the hotel was perfect for our quick stop. The traffic in the square may be an issue for light sleepers, maybe see if you can request a room in the back. I'm sure they will try to set that up. The restaurant was quality (we didn't feel completely comfortable venturing out after a long day in Pompei) and breakfast on the roof was a quite interesting way to stay the day. Again, everyone was accommodating and helpful at breakfast. Would definitely stay again if the opportunity arose.

Very nice hotel with great interiors, big rooms and friendly staff. Centrally located, therefore it's VERY LOUD outside, cars honking all day in front of the train station, be aware! ;)

Very Good for its price. Good use of technology in the rooms. Fast wifi (netflix with no issue).
Privacy for me was an issue. When opening the curtains i feel like I am in the street. But if closed the room become enclosed like you are in a box.
if you value your privacy you might feel depressed in the room because of the lack of the sun light.
there is even a window without curtains in the bathroom.response / report this review -

Rooms are a bit small but clean and updated. The views from the rooftop restaurant is quite amazing especially during sunset. My husband and I loved going up there after a long day of exploring and enjoying the views with a bottle of wine.
