la struttura è molio bella, pulita ed accogliente, il giardino stupendo, c'è anche una graziosa piscina dove potersi rilassare. colazione genuina, titolare disponibilissima e gentilissima, comodo all' aeroporto. consigliatissimo

Un eccellente B&B immerso nel verde, vicino a diverse location. Nella struttura c'è anche una piscina con solarium. Ottima disponibilità dei proprietari

I DO NOT Recommend to stay here especially if you are a single female I arranged with the proprietor to stay with my dog for minimum one month, possibly up to 4 months because of a work contract. I also arranged to rent a car for 100euros a month (possibly longer) from a friend of his.
After 4 days he decided he no longer wanted the dog there because of the smell (my dog is a valuable purebred Pharoah Hound and they are odourless), that he had tourists coming who did not want the dog there, blah blah blah (this was not true). He knew exactly what kind of dog and the size BEFORE I went and he agreed to it. I returned from the center to be told I had to leave but he wanted to help me so he arranged for me to go to a flat. The flat was dirty, dirty dirty with no electricity. He said he cleaned it but I had to spend 2 hours cleaning it. It was FILTHY!! The night that he told me I had to go to this flat (which I never wanted to do) I fed a stray dog that was living in a field up the street. The dog followed me back to the B and B and I went and asked the proprietor (Michele) if he wanted the dog or was there an animal shelter. He went weird about this and told me off, that I had no right to bring the dog to his property and he got a long stick and began to chase and beat the dog to get it off the property. The dog was not in the house. I got annoyed and told him not to do that I would get the dog out. He didn't like this and threw me out that night, alone with my bags and my dog into the street and told me I could not use the car anymore either. (The car was very dirty, old piece of junk and I had to pay to have it washed and vacuumed) He made a big issue about the tile floor getting dirty. After 20 minutes he relented and told me I could stay and I had to apologize profusely to him, catering to his ego so that I would have a roof over my head until daylight. He had also told me if I didn't leave he would call the police. So much for being a guest in this house of horrors. Next day I went to the flat, and he had electricity illegally connected and was pressuring me to sign a contract for 5 months and to pay 80 euros to connect the electricity legally. Initially he suggested I pay the proprietor 100 euros for the 5 months for the electricity. Well, after his Jekyll/Hyde behaviour I realized he was unstable and I knew I would not stay in the flat so later on that night I told him that I did not want to pay for an electricity contract to stay there one month. I did not like the flat or that he had a key to the flat. So, he shows up the next morning at 9am, angry and again told me to get out. I had to pack my bags quickly and lock him out of the bedroom so I could pack in peace. He cut off the lights while I was packing my bags, took the car keys and threatened again to call the police. This man appears to have some problems with mental stability. He goes from Mr NIce to Mr Nasty. He behaved as if I was his girlfriend or wife, not a paying customer. He wanted to help me but when I didn't want the flat he went weird again.
Pre booking info he had said there was internet..NOonly in his house and then he said he didn't have the money to buy a modem to put internet in the B and B. .the oven did not work. I left documents behind in the bedroom that he has refused to return. I had to go to Carabinieri and he denied having the documents. I called the British Consulate to assist me. SO now I have lost my legal documents and have to replace all of them.
The house is in the middle of nowhere and close to NOTHING. The bus is every two hours and never on sundays and holidays and the last bus is at 8:20pm.. Nothing to see but old houses and olive trees and dogs living in the streets.
The decor is dark old rustic. I NEVER received any breakfast.
This is the weirdest, most unprofessional horrific hotel experience I have ever had.
Stay here at your own peril.
