  Freundlicher und gebildeter Besitzer mit großem Insiderwissen über die Stadt und ihre Geschichte. Hervorragende Lage mit toller Aussicht und kostenlosen Parkmöglichkeiten an der nahegelegenen Straße. Besonderen Frühstückswünschen wird problemlos nachgekommen. Saubere und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

  Welcoming host, beautiful panorama, perfect location (even if you are with a car), cozy and comfortable room&bathroom. If I ever return to Matera, I would definitely choose this place again.

  Indescritível a beleza deste hotel! Demonstra muito cuidado em cada detalhe. O quarto que ficamos era uma caverna de pedra o antigo presente nos móveis convive com harmonia com a modernidade do banheiro (que mantém seu teto de pedra). Uma vista magnifica do Sassi!

  Absolute highlight! Our stay at Torretta ai Sassi was definitely our favorite stop in our 3 week trip to Greece and S.E.Italy. Imagine sleeping in a cave with thousands of years of history! Yet, it was beautifully restored to high standards while keeping it's ancient charm. We slept SO well. The bathroom was bright and clean, yet maintained the "cave ceiling". Valentina was a charming hostess, even providing us with extensive vegan choices each morning since that is our preference. Her Mom is a wonderful cook, and her Dad keeps the grounds beautiful. We would love to go back someday!

  Locatie is perfect! Fantastisch uitzicht op Matera. Het huis is heel mooi. De eigenaar heeft een ruïne in 7 jaar tijd eigenhandig verbouwd tot dit schitterende torentje. Lekkere zithoekjes. Ontbijt hier was heerlijk, wisselende zelfgemaakte lekkernijen. Aanrader!

  Pernottato il 17 Aprile. Splendido in tutto e per tutto!
  A cominciare dall' prima accoglienza del proprietario I'll Sig. Mario struttura bellissima vista panoramica incredibile! Accogliente confortevole curata e molto pulita. Valentina la figlia si occupa della superba e assortita colazione anche di prodotti tipici.Veramente molto bravi simpaticissimi e all"altezza della situazione.
  Consigliatissimo.

  Bellissimo Panorama,
  ottimo servizio, oltre ogni attesa, colazione abbondante è stupefacente per la prelibatezza e l'originalità
  e la bonta' dei prodotti. Camera bellissima ricavata nella rocca. Terrazza e Panorama da Urlo!
