  This is a wonderful hotel with unique rooms in a great location. Like any five star hotel, they know who you are and remember any preferences. At breakfast they remembered us wanting to have more than just an omelet. At the front door, they greeted us by name. The turn down service was individual with hand written notes.
  
  The decor of the room, lobby, breakfast, and dinner rooms were beautifully done. Overall, I'd be happy to return.

  I love the St Regis Florence! I always come here whenever I am in Florence. The service is 5 star, they know your name, they always put the room in perfect shape, and they put in the extra effort with gifts or notes to the room. 15 minutes to any spot in Florence, and a gorgeous decor that puts you in the Renaissance mood! Perfect for a romantic European weekend or any other stay.
