The luxury outlets at The Mall in Leccio reggello just outside Florence in Italy was my wifes favourite part of her Italian holiday. She shopped at Louis Vuitton, Burberry, Gucci, Armani and Alexander McQueen are just a few of the expensive labels that are on show here. They offer a huge range of designer handbags and clothes at massively discounted pricing. If you love this type of thing then i recommend you spend one afternoon here at The Mall.
A place for shoppers. I can confirm Prada is there. Prada lovers no need go thespace anymore.
Only if you have the money and love overrated brands. Else don't bother traveling there; better spend your precious time exploring Florence or the greater part of tuscany or take the bologna food tour.
Not all the outlet shops have fantastic deals, so do research the store prices of your desired purchases beforehand. NIKE shop has good discounts at the special price rack, limited sizes
The shops closed at 1900H SHARP, and are very spread out. Bring sunshades/cap, and your own food/drink if possible as there are few food choices which are rather pricey.
There are two global blue counters for tax refund; one along the road near the public toilets and another one near burberry. Cater sufficient time for tax refund as the queue is very long and SLOW. The offices closed SHARPLY at 7pm irrespective of the queue. Note: Global blue charged a fee for cash refund - tiered to your purchase cost.
Make sure both your tax rebate form and the credit card used have the same name. If not, the office would not be able to refund and you can only do it at the airport.
A nice shuttle service (purchase the tickets online in advance) from the city centre brings you right to the gates of this shopping heaven. Good prices and selection. Not too crowded. If you're not reading this too late, bring some food. The restaurant is a tourist trap.
Can be crowded but there are many small outlets here to check out. The Gucci outlet is among the largest, as is the Prada (tho the Space outlet is better). It's a lot to really and there isn't a central parking area so you either have to move the car or walk quite a bit if you want to cover everything. Food options are limited, just a few places, the the Gucci Cafe is awesome.
Great clean and very organised place. Great selection of shops ranging from moderate to very expensive as well as a good 2 or 3 cafes. Definitely recommend.
Big concentration of famous fashion brands in a nice environment. Very good prices and good occasions specially during winter sales.
The restaurant inside the area is small and food is quite OK.
Great design and architecture of buildings and great selection of brands. Couple of good cafe and resturant options available. Buildings are a few minutes walking distance from each other, a lot of walking is involved so make sure you have comfortable shoes on, and make sure the weather is bearable and not too hot to make it an enjoyable trip.
Love coming here twice a year for winter and summer bargains! Bought beautiful pair Gucci boots for €580 reduced from €1200. The restaurant food is excellent. Great place to spend the day with girlfriends..
