Can get a bit crowded. Try and find the five pools further down the road. There you can have the hot water to yourself.

Absolutely great, free, spacious and relaxing. It is definitely best to visit at night (torch recommended)

Very nice place to hang around for some hours and take a relaxed bath in one of the pools with natural hot water. Next to the official Terme there are some scenic pools for free

Thermal spa deluxe with a nice panoramic restaurant. The rooms are spacious and clean, enormous terrace with a view. Incredible experience !

If you can't go to Saturnia, this is the best next thing and it's free! Park on the side of the road and enjoy the hot thermal water. Rocks separate the different water temperatures so there's hot and cool areas.Take the rocks from the bottom, rub them together and make a paste for a natural face and body mask.

Loved it. There's a paid spa and a free one, I went to the latter. You can go all year.

It smells incredible! But you get used to it, if you stay longer. The water is extremely hot. The spaces where you can take a bath are very few, small and dirty.
As we visited the Terme, there were a lot of dogs around, barking, fighting and disturbing the visitors.

The river was low and the waterfalls are fed by a pipe. If you're looking for a relaxing experience go to Saturnia instead.
