Genuine homemade Roman traditional cuisine. The place is really familiar cozy, food is just amazing and the staff is nice and helpful. Get a reservation cause it's easily fully booked. Really worth it.
Recommendation: Tonnarelli Cacio & Pepe, polpette al sugo

I had a plate of fruit as there didn't seem to be any options that were gluten free without meat but when my partners food came it was clearly gluten free. That being said, we both enjoyed our food.

Posto tipico. Non adatto a turisti stranieri perché non parlano inglese. Primi da 10 e lode. Basta ordinare mezza porzione. Nei secondi con salsa di pomodoro eccedono con sale e olio. Meglio puntare a secondi senza salsa di pomodoro.
Cicoria e patate al forno ottime. Prezzo popolare in un posto normale e non nei tipici scantinati della Garbatella.

Genial. nada como salirse del centro de Roma para probar la auténtica comida Italiana. Su ambiente informal y la clientela romana indican siempre que se comerá bien. Una carbonara genial, probar las albóndigas con salsa y spaghetti con almejas. Buena atención y calidad precio.

What a find! The popularity of this restaurant with locals is all you need to know. The service was friendly, and the waitress went out of her way to translate to English for us when she realised we were foreign, the place was bustling, the portion sizes were huge and the food most excellent. Would definitely recommend if you're in the neighbourhood.
