one star for excellent service. As for othersno ladder for upper bunk bed, smelly bathroom, noisy and common area at midnight, the worst thing is there were fleas on my bed!!!!!

Great location being only 10 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes to the high street. I visited out of season so it wasn't filled with holiday makers but there were still plenty of young people staying. The staff on reception were always helpful and the communal kitchen is well equipped. The shared dorms don't have a bathroom in the room so you need to share a toilet and shower with quite a few people meaning there can sometimes be a wait.

Great location, between the train station and beach and close to a supermarket. Staff were very friendly and the facilities were good (nice clean kitchen, clothes washing facilities and clothes line). Room was comfortable and the only downside was that it was very difficult to cool down overnight. Overall, a great place to stay!
