  I started the practice here I had never done yoga, a beautiful discovery, a welcoming, well-kept, clean place, a very good teacher, there is also time to exchange a few words, very familiar and professional. Super recommended for all ages, women and men.

  This is the best yoga studio in Italy. I was immediately treated like family when I showed up to the first class. Sunflow yoga is a community of amazing humans with top notch yoga instruction. I would honestly make a trip back to Sicily just to do yoga here. I highly recommend!!!

  I met the Yoga ASD Sunflow studio in Catania while I was "passing through", for a few days, in Catania. My impression is largely positive, both for the talented teacher, very professional, and for the comfortable and suitable environment for yoga practice.

  Among the most beautiful yoga studios in Catania, welcoming and comfortable. A real temple for the well-being of body and mind. Reliability, availability and professionalism characterize the management. Recommended for all yoga lovers, and for those who are just approaching this noble discipline.
