  Thieves ! Too expensive for this quality if service, they add drinks on your note "by mistake" and the personnel are rude. Not a Good choice.

  We organized our wedding there. The hotel Santa Chiara requested a deposit of 1500€ and never gave it back to us. They are thieves. Plus our guests complained about the personnel being rude and breakfasts are industrial and low quality. These people treat customers as walking wallets.

  Si tratta di un hotel veramente meraviglioso, le suite sono le più belle che io abbia mai visto in tutta la mia vita, veramente favolose. Il servizio è veramente da 5 stelle infatti tutto il personale è cordiale e socievole e sempre pronto a soddisfare le proprie richieste! L'hotel si rrova inoltre in un punto molto buono, di fronte alla basilica di Santa Chiara ed è quindi facile raggiungere in pochi passi i luoghi più belli della puglia in un misto tra barocco e architettura favolosa!

  Very well maintained. Staff were very nice. Location is great! Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.
