Horrible. Machine took our money without opening a locker. We received an email a week later stating we would receive a refund; it has been a month and still have not received the money. There is another stow your bags down the street (to the east) and they only charged 5euro.
*This is in response to the owners comment below. We did make the reservation under a different name. After not receiving a refund and complaining I was told the company would need my bank information in order to refund the money. This feels 100% like a scam. Sorry this had to happen, I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else.

It was convenient way to safely store our luggage while we waited for our hotel check-in time. Safe location in Trastevere. Instructions required careful reading to operate system.

Excellent in both locations I used. I first used their well-staffed, serviced location in the historic center and was so happy with the general setup that I kept their name in mind while traveling about town and dealing with the world of waiting to check into or being checked out too early from rental apts or not wanting to carry everything everywhere after eating and drinking or shopping or whatever. At this one it's all self service and easy to use. Super quick and secure, and the rates are unbeatable for a place that's insured too. A neighborhood like this is a perfect spot to have a place like this too and I really hope they go citywide!

An excellent solution to the issue of working around check in/check out times with apartment rentals that won't let you check in before afternoon yet need you out in the morning. This solved my problem and allowed me to explore and grab a bite to eat while waiting for my accommodation to be ready without worrying about my belongings. The fact they're insured is truly notable and reassuring, especially for the price. It's nice to have options besides the station or airport.

Wow, I had no idea Stow Your Bags is now a chain but was pleasantly surprised to stumble upon them in Trastevere! I've used their serviced luggage center before and thought it was brilliant (both the idea AND the customer service) but self-service lockers in Trastevere?! This is Exactly what the neighborhood has always needed, and thanks to this wonderful concept I was able to enjoy the scene without constantly worrying about my backpack or accidentally leaving my heavy coat in some bar never to be seen again. The lockers were so easy to use that despite having extensive brain damage and being blind in 1 eye they didn't even confuse me and the price is simply unbeatable. I used this location a few times on my recent trip just because I love this area but hate having to carry my life through the crowds (I no longer have peripheral vision at all and it makes me paranoid; every time I feel someone bump into me I freak out that it's a pickpocket), so this let me take a load off while maintaining peace of mind-priceless really. My only regret is that there was nothing like this 10 years ago when I lived in Rome and spent weekends here drinking/eating or shopping; it probably would've saved me at least 1 set of house keys, definitely a bag or 2, and my dear departed favorite hoodie that I left in a bar. Really glad to know this exists and I'm definitely directing friends here and using it again on my next visit :)

5 stars all the way and super easy cheap and central with no hassle or safety issues. Stayed in a different place but this is a great neighborhood to bar hop and eat too much. Accidentally found this awesome option and it was nice to not worry all night about our stuff if we had a spur of the moment night out! Totally handy.

Wonderful + Super Convenient service! I used their other location awhile back and was surprised and happy to find they have self-service lockers in Trastevere now too! Enjoying nightlife is so much easier without lugging bags around, especially if you're just passing through town. An absolute lifesaver!
